If you go to Big Sur, I highly recommend coming to this waterfall. There is a pathway that is well marked and has side railing. It will lead to an area where you can overlook the beach and the falls. The party use to continue on, but do to rain it is closed as of April 2018.There parking lot on the east side and parking on the street in the West side.

This park, though small, offers some of the best views on the entire California coastline. It's heartbreaking that the original home was demolished. Only the foundation is left on the point.

Keep in mind that early mornings will almost always have to deal with heavy fog, meaning you miss the views. But if you wait for the sun to burn off the mist, what is revealed will take your breath away.

Parking is an issue. Not sure a way around that. We had to wait for someone to leave. Not a huge issue, but something to plan for.
